Our aspiration is to extend our services to all program participants, irrespective of their financial capabilities. Nevertheless, to ensure the continuity and expansion of our program, we rely on your contributions and service fees. These are essential to cover operational expenses and facilitate the organization's growth. While we are committed to accessibility, we do suggest a minimum promotional contribution of $100 for a 6-month service. It's important to note that the total value of these packages is estimated at $500.

What happens if I reached my 6 month service and I am still interested in additional matches?

If you have used all the matches included in your package and are still interested in additional matches, Mahabah, Inc. offers the option to renew your membership. The decision to accept the renewal and provide additional matches will be at the discretion of our team based on various factors, including the availability of suitable profiles and the terms of your initial membership package.

Should you wish to continue the matchmaking process and receive more potential matches, you can reach out to our team to discuss the renewal options. We will assess your preferences and requirements to determine the best course of action for your renewed membership.

What happens if I have a conference call and I decide that the person on the call is a good match for me?

After the conference call, we contact both candidates individually to discuss how the meeting went. If both parties have initial interest in getting to know each other further, we then share your contact information. If one of the two parties declines, then no contact information is shared.

How long should I wait before I hear from you?

Is there a guarantee to find a spouse?

We can’t guarantee that you will be married by the end of the process because everything is in the hands of Allah (SWT), however, we guarantee the quality of service and that we will provide you with all the resources and support needed to find a spouse and begin with a healthy relationship.
